Very unprofessional and waste of time money and energy
“My husband gave this man his car that was in a wreck to be fixed. He was supposed to pay him on a payment plan. $4000 later and my husband didn’t get his car for TWO YEARS! Every time we asked for a time frame he said two weeks. He said two weeks for about a year. He’s very unprofessional. Gave many excuses instead of just telling us the truth which was that he over loaded his son with work. But also many cars that came after ours somehow got to leave before ours. Our car was not made a priority by any means. By the time we get the car back AFTER TWO YEARS, there is still an issue with it! But we wouldn’t dare give it back to him to fix in fear of not having it again for two more years. I highly recommend you to go somewhere else if you’re thinking of coming here. The experience we had there effected our life negatively in many ways. I’m considering taking my actions further then this post if I can get my husband on board.” -

“I called to have an estimate done at this location. I think the representative that worked with me was on drugs. I was quote way over what price I had been quote from a few other locations like Caliber Collision. Leading me to believe that they are trying to scam their patronage. 1 of 10 would never return for work to be done here.”
