  “The paint job was decent, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. It took me 11 days to get my car back after I dropped it off. Several times I had to call that day to see if the car would be ready, because they didn't remember to call us back with the details even though they said that they would call back and let us know once they checked to see when the car would be ready. They did not give us a written estimate at the time that we dropped off the car, which was a HUGE mistake on our part, because they denied that they gave us a verbal estimate and we ended up paying a couple hundred dollars more. We were frustrated and the company was very unprofessional. It was not worth the headache to deal with this company even if the paint job was decent.”
